In my past workplace, the responsibility for educating colleagues on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) primarily rested with the human resources department and the nursing leadership team. They collaborated to develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and policy updates related to EDI. The orientation of new employees was informed about the basic EDI, whereas periodic training of the existing staff was supposed to be achieved through annual modules.
